RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Wanoria, we stand behind every product we make. Here's our policy, written honestly.
WHAT WE ACCEPT
We accept returns and offer full refunds in the following cases:
— You received a damaged, broken, or leaking product
— You received the wrong product
— The product arrived with a broken seal or tamper-evident packaging compromised
HOW TO RAISE A CONCERN
Email us at customercare@wanoria.com or WhatsApp us within 7 days of delivery.
Share your order number and a photo of the issue.
We will respond within 24 hours and resolve within 3–5 business days.
WHAT WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT
Because skincare products are personal hygiene items, we are unable to accept returns for:
— Change of mind after opening the product
— Incorrect product ordered — please check the product name and description carefully before purchasing
— Product used incorrectly — for example, not following the patch test recommendation or not using SPF at AM with the leave in masks.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them by emailing customercare@wanoria.com with your order number. After 12 hours, the order may already be dispatched and cannot be cancelled.
REFUND PROCESS
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
For orders paid online (UPI, card, net banking): Refund is credited back to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refund is processed via bank transfer (NEFT/UPI) or store credit — whichever you prefer. We will request your bank details or UPI ID over email once the refund is approved.
OUR PROMISE
If you have a concern that doesn't fit neatly into the above but feels genuinely unfair — write to us. We will always try to do the right thing. Our reputation is built on trust, not policy fine print.
