Is this just a hydrating mask, or does it do more ?
Both. Hydra Cloud hydrates with Hyaluronic Acid, amino acids and polysaccharides, and also repairs the barrier with skin-identical ceramides, cholesterol and phytosphingosine. Use it before your moisturiser, or on its own when skin doesn't need anything heavier.
Can I use it with other actives, like retinol or Vitamin C ?
Generally yes. The formulas are designed to complement rather than compete. If you're using strong actives like retinol or acids, apply Wanoria first and let it absorb fully before layering.
Is this a Vitamin C brightening serum?
No, we won't pretend it is. It's a hydrating daily glow mask with a gentle Vitamin C derivative for antioxidant support, not a concentrated brightening treatment.
Will it fade dark spots or pigmentation?
Not designed for that. It helps skin look fresher and more even through hydration, for active pigmentation, see a dermatologist.
I've reacted to Vitamin C before - will this sting?
It shouldn't. The Vitamin C derivative used here is chosen specifically to skip the sting, and it's dermatologically patch-tested (IS 4011:2018). Patch-test first if your skin reacts easily.
Will this clear my acne?
Pore Reset is a cosmetic BHA mask, not a medicated acne treatment. With consistent use it helps skin look clearer, smoother and less congested. For persistent, painful or severe acne, that's a medical concern, please see a dermatologist.
Will it dry out or irritate my skin?
It's buffered with Centella, Aloe and Prodew 600 specifically to avoid the stripped feeling BHAs can cause, and it's dermatologically patch-tested (IS 4011:2018). If you're new to acids, start every other night and patch-test first.
Can I use it in the morning and night?
We recommend it mainly at night. If you use it in the morning, always finish with a broad-spectrum SPF as your last step.
Will this replace Botox or a facial treatment?
No. Firm Lift is a cosmetic leave-in mask, not a medical or injectable treatment. With consistent use it supports a plumper, more supple-looking appearance, not a substitute for clinical procedures.
What is Baolift™ and how does it work?
It's a clinically studied Japanese-technology active included specifically to support skin firmness and elasticity. Like everything else in the formula, it stays on the skin as a leave-in rather than rinsing away.
Is it suitable for my skin type?
Yes. It is formulated to work across oily, dry, normal and combination skin.
Do I rinse it off ?
No. It's a leave-in. Apply, let the bubbles settle, and leave it on - that's the point.
Is it safe for sensitive skin ?
Yes. Every formula is built around gentle, considered ingredients. That said, we always recommend a patch test before first use - just to be sure.
Is it safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding ?
Please check with your doctor before using any new skincare during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
How long until I see a difference ?
You'll feel something on day one - a softness, a calm - your skin's first signal that something is working. Visible change builds over consistent use, typically typically 4–8 weeks with daily use - hydration and softness improve first, tone and brightness follow over 6–8 weeks
